Why an apartment instead of a hotel?
One of the most important aspects of your trip is finding the proper place to stay. In Rio de Janeiro the best value and experiences can be found by renting an apartment. Renting an apartment will save you money. Most hotels in Copacabana and Ipanema will charge between R$200 – R$500 in low season and double or even triple during the high season. There is also no need to worry about length of stay, you can rent for short term (a few days), or long term (months) if you desire.
 

Freedom/Privacy:  In most hotels you will not be allowed to bring friends or guests back to your room, while an apartment is treated as if it was your own home. This includes the benefits of coming and going when you please, cooking a meal, or even hosting a party!

Amenities: All of our apartments are fully furnished and located in safe areas with security systems and 24 hour doormen. Most are within one block of the beach and all have easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and banks.

Satisfaction: We pride ourselves in our customers' satisfaction rates and want to be of assistance during your trip as well. Unlike other apartment renters, we don't disappear once you turn the key!
